I'd have to go with Doc Hobbs on this, Cadbury's is far superior to Galaxy, and Doc's know best _________________ Chris Cooper (TS7920) |

Protein mate...
Towards the end of my 12 week stricked diet and training regime, I had to 'carb-up' for a week, where you basically ate boiled rice and potato's for all 3 meals a day, then you 'de-carb' and eat nothing but protein for a week... it helps bloat, then define your muscles!
Then, on the night before the show, I had to down a whole bottle of dry white wine to dehydrate the body and define the muscles more, then eat and drink nothing until after the show (approx 18 hours)...
God, it was fun.... NOT
Worth it tho - the only time in my life I've liked my butt!! |

Ah, here you are....
Just finished my second kick-boxing lesson and I ache. At least when the bruises fade, the muscles will be well defined!
And chocolate over tuna anyday....(that's chocolate instead of, not covering the tuna) _________________ I got a baaaaaad feeling about this......

with reference to the php exploit, www.ccefsquad.com (my online clan) use php, and have been hacked twice! we now use nuke sentinal, stops the muppets who have a basic knowlage, "fiddling" about! we've caught 80 now! probably one or two guys with a grudge! just changing thier i.p's (or hiding them, too easily done!)
Maybe worth a thought adding that to the next version of the site? |

Just found this alternate board. Well done Lee. Are there any 'conspiracy therories' as to what happened to the UKG board, other than the Roswell Greys, in order to prevent JFK revealing he was Elvis' secret love child, blew up Shergar over Lockerbie, faking the moon landings at the same time _________________

Believe me... it was no way near 'sensible' eating! Neither was what I ate straight after the show... a Marsbar, Twix and a whole bucket of KFC in the first hour!
Try reading Gillian McKeith's 'You are what you eat'... I made the mistake of reading it over Xmas... feel like I've poisened my body for the last 29 years... and we eat really healthily!!
So... I've changed my diet a bit more and lost 5lbs in 3 weeks!!!
Just another 10lbs to go... |

You ate a 6'6" peanut-butter sarnie?
If that truly is the case, then my insides must consist entirely of tacos _________________ "Be mindful of the living force"

Now I'd give that a go for a charity event...I have no hair to shave, so I can't do that...but the sarnie would be a proper challenge!!! God help the bathroom after all those peanuts though!!!! |
