Hi all its taken me a long time to find this official TK-Lee builders site.
I have been a TK-Lee fan for a long time and think it's awesome to fing where us like minded tkl'ers can hang out.
I have been a regular at www.tk-leeuncovered.com but left due to the politics and the new NUDE section.
I was lucky enough to have the man himself stay with my family at one of his appearences in Nottingham last year, its true what they say about him being so down to earth dispite his fame. Within minutes he had put us all at ease we where so nervous but he broke the ice with a wonderful fart and within minutes we where all breakin wind. He just walked into our lives and made himself at home.
I was also impressed that although he's teetotal he didn't make me feel alone and helped me sink 30 bottles of bud and 2 bottles of Jack daniels.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find a good TK-Lee kit? I've read about the GT kits but apparently these where 10% to small.
Also I was wondering if anyone has used nylon for the beard or is it still better to use yak hair.
great to be here |

Welcome I'm glad you found us, I managed to luckly get the TK-Lee.com web addy, what a streak of luck, I'd have thought id would have been gone long ago, but I found it and made the TK_Lee haven.
I myself am going for the Yak hair, yes it costs more but worth it in the end.
I've only just started on my beard here are some progress shots.
Before
And part way thru first test fitting, I only used a little here to see if my aplication technique was good enough before using the rest up, it's too expensive to ruin
Please comments on what you think, no bad for a firrst time beard maker I think.
I hope this helps TA4101

The second photo makes Lee look like the Bastard Love-Child of Bill Bailey and Lemmy from Motorhead!! _________________ Phil Quicksaber,
